Adding Own Riders on Business Panel
Each outlet has specific riders or in by default Lalamove was the partner courier/delivery service for NinjaOS.
With NinjaOS, you can also add your own rider and assign it to any of your Orders.
To add own rider via Business Panel
Click on Manage Riders > Riders Homepage
Now, to add rider. Click on the + Add button on the upper right corner of the screen.
And you’ll see the screen/illustration below.
Note: Fill up all necessary information regardless if it is not required.
- Name
- Email address – should be valid and working email address to receive email
- Mobile Number – an alternative contact details
- Status – Keep it Active
Hit Submit and apply changes
