Changing Outlet for Advanced Orders

 

In any case your customers accidentally orders from a different outlet that’s different from selected outlet, this user guide will help you.

 

Under  Advanced Orders, look for the specific order number by filtering it out below

 

Order Number > Status > Availability (in any case you need to filter these out)

And all orders sorted will show its corresponding colors mentioned above.

 

Once filtered, you’ll see the orders.

 

It’s current status was Received. But the order was on DIFFERENT OUTLET. 
To change it, go to View Orders > Change Outlet > Select Outlet

 View is under Eye Icon

 

After viewing orders, click on Change Outlet (The illustration above is same as Advanced Orders)

Select Corresponding Outlet, and hit SUBMIT to apply changes.
