Customer Manual Account Activation

When your customer doesn’t receive any One Time PIN (OTP) or Email Verification upon Signing up, please follow this steps to Manually Activate customers account.

 

Go to Customers > Customers SubMenu and scroll down the page until you see the Customers List.

In order to see the specific customer you wanted to activate, you should know the following details.

 

  1. EMAIL – User should know their previous email registered
  2. PHONE NUMBER
  3. FIRST NAME
  4. USER ID – if necessary

 

Once selected, you can fill in the details next to drop-down menu and hit Search.

 

From filtering infos, you can see the Customers Basic Information already and look over the Lock icon on the very right part.

Click the Lock icon and you should be able to see the following confirmation below.

 

Once Confirmed, customer is now activated and can place order.
