Customer Account Activation
Have you ever wondered if your customers just recently signed up and saying account was not yet activated? Could be their OTP wasn’t received or email is not received (on Spam).
To activate customers manually, go to Customers > Customers
Once on the Customers page, scroll down to see all lists of customers. Make sure to confirm the email address or phone number used to match by search. Once found a customer that wasn’t activated, shall see the Lock Icon and turn it to active.
Once done, can let customer know that you manually checked and activated.
