Changing Order Status
Order Status also applies to Orders, Advanced Orders, Catering Orders and Reservations (Dine in)
In any case orders has changes or needs to be cancelled, you can do so by going to Business Panel > Advanced Orders and look for the certain order placed that needs to be amended.
You can check orders by also filtering its date of Fulfillment.
After selecting dates, you can also filter which Outlet (if you have 2 or more) to choose from.
To change status of advanced orders; click on the Rectangle icon below Status.
You can also click the 2 arrows by circle under Actions to change it’s status (For Cancellation, Refunds)
Changing Status has several options that depends to the Reason.
Keep in mind the Order Tracking and Reason for Changing status.
Hit Submit to Apply changes.
